KVKK notice

This notice is issued by LLMsMonitor as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by LLMsMonitor ("LLMsMonitor") as data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: hello@llmsmonitor.com.

2. Personal data processed

  • Identity data: name and surname.
  • Contact data: email address; company name where given on the contact form.
  • Transaction security data: password hash, IP address, browser details, session records.
  • Preference data: language, time zone and theme preference.
  • Customer transaction data: the project and prompt records you create in your account; the content of messages sent through the contact form.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Creating your membership and providing the service.
  • Asking your questions of AI assistants and computing the measurements.
  • Answering contact requests.
  • Ensuring information security and preventing abuse.
  • Meeting legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal bases

Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5 of the Law:

  • Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): account, project and measurement data.
  • Being necessary for the controller to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): statutory retention and notification duties.
  • Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f): security records, prevention of abuse.
  • Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): the consent you give on the contact form and, where required, transfers abroad.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, under the conditions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to the suppliers from which we obtain hosting, email delivery and answer collection services, and to competent public institutions where legally required. Only the questions you ask are passed to answer collection providers; your identity and contact data are not.

6. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, through the registration and contact forms and by automated means while you use the service.

7. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory retention periods; when those end it is deleted or anonymised. Raw assistant answers are kept for 90 days and the IP and browser details on contact messages for 180 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

8. Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed.
  • Request information if it has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law.
  • Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to.
  • Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems.
  • Claim compensation for damage suffered through unlawful processing.

9. Applications

You may send requests concerning your rights to hello@llmsmonitor.com, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; where the procedure carries a separate cost, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
